I just got done posting a bit more on the art of Tarot, and while making the page, I touched a little bit on the idea of a finite future. Before I go into greater detail, I would like to say that what I am about to say is my opinion, my belief. If you disagree with me, that is your choice. I would like to have a honest discussion with you about it, so please don't damn me for only my opinion. So now to continue with the original flow of this post.
There is no way that anyone can know this for sure, but I believe that time sprawls out into many paths. Think of it as a tree. You start out at the base of the tree, and every choice that you make, and every choice the others make that effect you, cause you to go down a different branch. Eventually you reach the end, which of course is the end of this current life. Now sometimes, these things that cause the changes, are nothing more then choosing what to have for lunch, or how fast some else decides to drive behind you. The decide to drive 5 mph faster and that could make the difference on a small fender bender to a life altering accident. It is because of these infinite possibilities that I don't see time as a finite line going from a to b.
I came to these conclusions after much meditation and simply watching things unfold. I would do a tarot reading and see everything come true, except the final outcome. Normally this happens when someone doesn't like the outcome, and they do what they can to change it. I have also seen a positive outcome, that simply didn't pass to be because of poor choices on that individuals part.
Another deciding point to my conclusion, is that I have another ability at my disposal to try and divine a possibility for someone. It is said that a persons eyes are the gateway to their soul. This is true. If I look into someones eyes, and they are willing, I can see a probable possibility.
To speak of a personal experience, I was in Texas, and I friend of mine, a newly pronounced witch, came to me and she told me of an experience that she had with her Ouija board. She told me that she had found a spirit that had told her that her boyfriend was cheating on her, or going to cheat on her. She wasn't sure of which one it was, she lost the spirit before things could be made more clear. She allowed me to look into her soul, and I could see 2 paths, both leading down to a similar fight between her and her boyfriend. In what I saw, I could see the fight being about his infidelity. I told her to go to him now, and I gave her a ride to his apartment. To sum it up, she came in on him making out with another girl. She left his place and he followed her outside and I saw literally the same fight as one of the ones I had seen when looking into her eyes.
Things like the one mentioned above have happened more then once. I have also seen things go the exact opposite of what was fortold.
I often have premonition style dreams. I have avoided car accidents, high school fights, and several more negative experiences because of these dreams. I know that this gift was passed to me by my father. He has had similar dreams that we have shared and discussed. I am sure some of you out there know how much of a relief it can be to have someone else to talk to about these type of things.
